Moving...Check!

We did it, we finally moved! We are now residents of Pleasant Grove and we absolutely love our new place.  Definitely an upgrade from where we lived before.  We are growing up! haha Thank goodness for all the help we had with moving.  Although we don't have tons of belongings it still seemed like a lot of work! My dad came and helped Scottie move all the big furniture and stayed to help load AND unload all of our boxes as well.  So thankful for him.  Our friend Connor also came and helped with boxes as well, and we had people lend us trucks and trailers that made the process all possible! So, THANK YOU! I wasn't really allowed to help lift anything so I did a lot of cleaning.  Reminded me of my first job at 15, cleaning BYU dorms... soo fun... ;) As tired as we were from moving things all day we were so excited to be moved into our new place that we stayed up until 3 am putting things away.  Of course I went crazy putting away/organizing the nursery.  I'm just a LITTLE bit excited for this baby. 

I also had a baby shower last Friday with all my girlfriends.  It was a lot of fun and I got some pretty adorable baby stuff.  So thanks to all you girlies for being so generous! Our baby boy is "cantaloupe sized" now, but definitely seems bigger than that to me! Almost 5 lbs and 5 1/2 more weeks to go!
Crazy that in another 2 weeks he will be full term! It takes a little bit of the worrying away knowing he basically fully developed and ready for real life.  This week I'm going to try to get the nursery decorated and everything washed and super clean. I'll post pictures if it all turns out like I'm hoping:)

Scottie has been reading like a crazy man lately.  He's reading Les Miserables, and its giving him a soft spot for little girls.  It's pretty cute.  I can't believe our year anniversary is just around the corner.  Our first year of marriage has absolutely flown by.  I'm such a lucky wife. So grateful for how life is going and for everything we are blessed with everyday.  Will be exciting to see where life takes us this time next year!
